Message	Christ. The only "weak" DOCUMENTED syncro is the 4th one. All of you that have problems with the other syncros need to learn how to change gears properly and/or write a detailed letter to the previous owner(s) complaining about your flawed transmission. Do what you feel is right, because at the end of the day nobody else gives a shit.
